NEPSE Index Edges Up By 10.30 Points to Settle at 2,648.90; SABBL and RSML Hit the Upper Circuit

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining by 10.30 points (0.39%) to settle at 2,648.90. This follows a 21.62 point loss in the previous day.
The benchmark index opened at 2,637.97, touching an intraday high of 2,653.65 and a low of 2,637.79. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 4.45 arba, with 10,456,980 shares traded across 333 companies through 48,640 transactions. Market capitalization stood at Rs. 44.45 kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 15.17 Kharba.

Ankhu Khola Jalvidhyut Company Ltd (AKJCL) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 28.69 crores. The stock closed at Rs. 352.00.

Salapa Bikas Bank Limited (SABBL) and Reliance Spinning Mills Limited (RSML) led the gainer list with 10.00% change in its price.

Himalayan Power Partner Ltd. (HPPL) recorded a drop, falling by 5.98% change in its price. The stock closed at Rs 472.00.

Among the sectors,Life Insurance witnessed a highest gain by 0.94%, while Trading Index recorded a least gain by 0.94%.
