Nepse Index dwindled by 7.37 points to close at 1779.13 points; turnover above Rs 94.96 crore

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went down by 7.37  points or 0.41% to close at 1779.13 points. Nepse Index opened at 1786.52 points and went up to 1788.27 points during the first trading hour of the day and was seen in downward trend. 806,900unit shares of NIBL Sambriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), 171,779 unit share of Nabil Balance Fund-1(NBF-1) and 169,000 unit shares of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS) were traded more today The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 94.96 crore where more than 22.19 lakh units’ shares were traded through 4996 transactions. Sensitive and float index went down by 1.74 and 0.52 points respectively. Except development banks and others sector, all the sectors at Nepse landed on red.
