Nepse Index down by 4.68 points to close at 1094.57 levels; effect of continued political instability

On the last trading day of the week, the benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 4.68 points or 0.43% to close at 1094.57 levels. Opening at 1094.57 levels this afternoon, the local brouse was seen in downward trend today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 20.37 crore where more than 3 lakhs unit shares were traded through 1,340 transactions. Sensitive index and the float index went down by 1.15 points and 0.43 points respectively. Except Hydropower and Manufacturing and production, all the sectors at NEPSE landed in red.
