Nepse Index down by 6.68 points to close at 1312.20 points; Hydropower sector boost by 31.67 points while insurance dips by 87.95 points

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by 6.68 points or 0.51% to close at 1312.20 points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1319.08 points and was seen in a downward trend after reaching 1320.87 points. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 65.96 crore where more than 10.80 lakh unit shares were traded through 3,109 transactions. Sensitive index and the float index went down by 1.58 points and 0.51 points respectively. Except hydropower and others, all the sectors at Nepse landed in red. Hotels, Development Bank and Insurance sector went down by double digit. Hydropower sector went up by 31.67 points while insurance sectors plunges by 87.95 points .
