Nepse Index down by 5.44 points to close at 1,518.12 points; Investors settling for time being

On the last trading day of the week, The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down by  5.44 points or 0.36% to close at 1,518.12points.NEPSE index opened at 1523.62 points. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.04 arba where more than 14 lakhs unit shares were traded through 5,507 transactions. Yet again there is significant interest in the market, however, nervousness shadows investors.Looking at the performance, confusion seems to be prevalent. Some might have seen market as hyped while others still see the opportunity. While policy patrons are yet to release their modality of work in days to come, the biasness is obvious.All in all considering a wise investor, we can observe market as not being very risky in days ahead. Overall, investors seem to be settling at least for the time being. Sensitive index and float index went down by 1.15 and 0.47 points respectively. Except Hotels, Manufacturing & Production and Others, all the sectors at Nepse landed on red.
