Nepse Index down by 3.84 points to close at 1,468.11 points; Market in correction mode

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went down  by 3.84 points or 0.26%  to close at 1,468.11 points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1471.92 points and went down to 1458.62 points during the first trading hour of the day. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 72.89 crore where more than 9 lakhs unit shares were traded through 3,658 transactions. The rumor regarding the change in government has pushed the market in downward trend. Sensitive index and float index went down  by 0.84  and 0.26 points respectively. Except Hotels and Finance, all the sectors at Nepse landed in green.
