Nepse Index down by 2.58 points to close at 1,374.75 points; Business as usual

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went up down by 2.58  points or 0.19% to close at 1,374.75 points. Today NEPSE index opened at 1376.70 points, went up to 1384.09 points during the first trading hour of the day. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 82.29 crore where more than 16.36 lakhs unit shares were traded through 4,044 transactions. Sensitive index and the float index went down by 0.56  points and 0.15 points respectively. Except Hotels, Development Bank and Finance, all the sectors at Nepse landed in red.
