Nepse Index declined by 13.37 points with turnover above Rs 54 crore; 2 companies hit positive circuit break

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) dropped by 13.37 points or 0.88% to close at 1509.43 points. The capital market index has been showing downward trend for the couple of days. Nepse Index opened at 1522.80 points today and the local bourse was seen fluctuating. 179,899 units shares of NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 (NMBSF1) and 71,881 units shares of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS) were traded the most today. Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) and NB Insurance Company Limited (NBIL) hit positive circuit break today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 54.83 crore where more than 10.02 lakh units shares were traded through 4,018 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went down by 2.97 points and 1.08 points respectively. Except Hotels and others, all the sub-indices landed in red zone today. Insurance and Banking sub-index dropped by 67.64 and 16.62 points respectively.   gain sector traded trans turnover
