Market Update; Nepse hits 4.07% negative circuit break again in the second trading hour

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has decreased by 4.07 percent to 1,409.68 points today in the second trading hour. Earlier in the first trading hour, it had hit circuit break and fallen by 3.01%. Nepal Stock Exchange has now suspended its operation due to the continuous downfall. Market will now resume after a 30 minutes halt at 12:42 PM. circu2 Siddhartha Insurance and Nepal Bangladesh Bank hit negative circuit today in the second trading hour. Other top losers today were Soaltee Hotels, Muktinath Bikas Bank, Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bikas Bank and Swawalamban Bikas Bank.
NEPSE had hit negative circuit by 3.01% yesterday as well in the first trading hour by losing 46.16 points within the first 45 minutes. It lost a total of 64.55 points (-4.21%) by the end of the trading day yesterday and closed at 1469.48 points.
