NEPSE gains points while turnover falls to Rs.22 Crore; Support Microfinance hits the positive circuit today

The market today gained 0.24% or 2.79 points to close at 1164.89 points. The turnover today was of Rs.22.43 Crore which was achieved from trade of 871,828 units of shares traded through 4,582 transactions trading scrips of 165 listed companies in the process.
Civil Bank Promoter Shares (CBLPO) dominated the trade today after posting a turnover of Rs.1.95 Crore which was achieved through trade of 165,749 units of shares. The LTP of the scrip stands at Rs.118 per share.
Support Microfinance (SMB) hit the positive circuit today as it gained 9.92% or 63 points to close at Rs.698 per share. Hathway Finance (HATH) lost the most today as it lost 4.72% or 6 points to close at Rs.121 per share.
Sensitive Index gained 0.65 points and closed at 247.25 points while Float Index gained 0.26 points and closed at 84.63 points.
Hotels, Manufacturing & Processing and Others were among the losing sub-indices that ended in the red zone after losing 0.09%, 0.71% and 0.13% respectively while Hydropower lost minimum points. Rest of the sub-indices gained points today with Microfinance gaining the most at 1.23%.
