NEPSE gains 5.08 points and closes at 1254.56 points; Nabil Bank Limited tops today’s loser list

The market today posted a gain of 0.41% or 5.08 points and closed at 1254.56 points. The turnover stood at Rs.43.05 Crore achieved from trade of 2,973,843 units of shares traded through 4,905 transactions trading scrips of 170 listed companies in the process.

Today’s trade was dominated by Nepal Bank Limited (NBL). The commercial bank posted a turnover of Rs.5.21 Crore achieved through trade of 155,161 units of shares and LTP of Rs.337 per share.

Swadeshi Laghubitta (SDESI) was today’s top gainer after it gained 5% or 27 points and closed at Rs.567 per share. Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) was today’s top loser after it lost 3.15% or 26 points and closed at Rs.799 per share.

Sensitive Index gained 1.71 points and closed at 270.28 points while Float Index gained 0.33 points and closed at 92.10 points.

Today all the sub-indices ended in the green zone after gaining points. The top gainer among them was Manufacturing sector as it gained 1.39% or 36.69 points.
