Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has endorsed 15.89% bonus shares to be approved in its upcoming 20th and 21st AGM on Bhadra 23, 2076. For this purpose, the books of the company had been closed on Shrawan 26, 2076 i.e. Sunday.

Since Thursday i.e. Shrawan 23 was the last day to grab the shares to be eligible for bonus shares, NEPSE should have adjusted the price of NCCB today morning. However, today the market opened at Rs 238, has already lost 9.92% and stands at Rs 218 as of ow (12:30 AM). This fall has made NCCB the top loser till now and also has affected the NEPSE index.

This is another strike on the book of NEPSE's mishandling and incompetencies, and we all know the list is getting longer. Stock market is a price-sensitive market and such laid-back attitude of NEPSE is costing Nepali investors in thousands of rupees.
