NEPSE down by 3.68 points with turnover of Rs 35 crore; All sectors landed in red

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) Index has lost 3.68 points today (0.25%) to close trading at 1454.14. Kumari Bank (KBL) had the highest turnover today as well.
Today, Nepse Index opened at 1457.82 points and after that it was seen in a downward trend. The market rebounded after the second trading hour, but eventually plunged further down. 610,830 units of NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF1) and 71,710 units shares of Nepal Hydropower Co. Limited (NHPC) were traded the most today.
The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 35 crore where more than 12.12 lakh unit shares were traded through 3,068 transactions. NB Insurance Company (NBIL) and Karnali Development Bank (KRBL) hit positive circuit today.
Sensitive and float index went down by 0.74 and 0.26 points respectively. Insurance lost the highest of 41.34 points. All sectors have landed in red. While all market indices and sub-indices have gone down, the turnover amount has increased slightly today.
