The NEPSE Index closed at 2,719.77 after losing 61.23 points (2.20%). The index closed at 2,781 last week, up 23.03 % from the previous week.

This week, the index reached a high of 2,791.67 and a low of 2,702.25, resulting in a volatility of 89.42 points. The index had seen volatility of 94.11 points in the previous week.

The highest intraday loss was 31.71 points on Sunday, with a turnover of Rs 6.06 Arba; however, the total turnover for the week stood at Rs 25.47 Arba.
