The NEPSE Index closed at 2,781 after gaining 23.03 points (0.84%). The index closed at 2,757.97 last week, down 1.09 % from the previous week.

This week, the index reached a high of 2,824.85 and a low of 2,730.74, resulting in a volatility of 94.11 points. The index had seen volatility of 47.37 points in the previous week.

The highest intraday gain was 53.01 points on Wednesday, with a turnover of Rs 7.68 Arba; however, the total turnover for the week stood at Rs 32.26 Arba.
