NEPSE adjusts price of Rastriya Beema Company for its 114.27% bonus share

Price of Rastriya Beema Company Limited (RBCL) has been adjusted in Nepal Stock Exchange today accounting for its 114.27% bonus share. RBCL has proposed a total of 114.27% stock dividend to its shareholders from the profits it earned in the FY 2060/61, 2061/62 and 2062/63. Its price has been adjusted to Rs 10,081. Likewise, the price of Rastriya Beema Company Limited - Promoter Shares (RBCLPO) was also adjusted to Rs 9,063 accounting for the 114.27% bonus shares. The bonus share will be endorsed by the company’s 29^th AGM going to be held on Baisakh 22, 2074. Rastriya Beema Company has reported a net profit of Rs. 26.16 crore in the second quarter of the current FY 2073/74. Its paid up capital stands at Rs 12.44 crore. After issuance of 114.27% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach Rs 26.65 crore. Rastriya Beema Company Limited is yet to declare AGMs for the fiscal years 2063/64 to 2072/73.
