Nepal Seva Laghubitta to distribute 2.5% bonus shares as dividend for FY 75/76; proposes cash dividend for tax purpose

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSEWA).

As per the notice, the BOD of the microfinance company has decided to distribute 2.625% dividend out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders. The company proposed 2.5% bonus shares and 0.125% cash dividend (for tax purpose).

The decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the upcoming AGM of the company.
