Nepal Seva Laghubitta IPO allotted; 16,740 applicants allotted 10 units each

NMB Capital Limited, the issue manager for the IPO of Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SEVA), has concluded the allotment today at NMB Capital premises in Nagpokhari, Naxal. As per the provisions in Securities Issue and Allotment Guidelines 2074, only 16,740 general public applicants have been allotted 10 units each through lottery.

26 staffs of the microfinance company were allotted a total of 3,600 units and mutual fund schemes were allotted a total of 9,000 units.

There were a total of 548 invalid applicants. All 29 institutional applications were rejected since institutional investors are not allowed to invest in primary issues.

Nepal Seva Laghubitta had issued 1.80 lakh units IPO shares from Baisakh 12 to Baisakh 16, 2075. Over 2.05 lakh applicants had applied for the IPO.
