Nepal Seva Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be conducting its 3^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 24, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Shree Indrawati Samudayik Seva Kendra, Sindhupalchowk at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are extension of working areas, amendment of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Kartik 22, 2074. Similarly, Guras Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will also be conducting its 2^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 22, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Pacific, Dhankuta at 1:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 50% right shares.
• To endorse decision for issuing 1.80 lakh unit IPO shares.
