Nepal SBI Merchant Banking concludes its 7th AGM; endorses all financial highlights for previous fiscal year

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking has concluded its 7th AGM on Mangsir 19, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to appoint SMC Associates, chartered accountant as the external auditor of the company for the current fiscal year along with other financial reports for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
