Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited (NSMBL) has called its 7th AGM on 19th Mangsir, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Kaiser Mahal, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

1) Endorsement of financial reports and annual reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
