Nepal SBI Bank to distribute 27% bonus share certificate from today, 4 days after being endorsed by 22nd AGM

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) is distributing bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today (Magh 28, 2072). The bank 22^nd AGM held on Magh 24, 2072 had endorsed 27% bonus share to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. This prompt action from the bank to distribute the share certificates must keep the SBI investors happy. The bonus share certificate will be distributed from the head office of the bank located at Hattisar, Kathmandu. The shareholders who have dematerialized their shares by Magh 8, 2072 will get their shares directly deposited into their respective Demat A/C after the share listed on CDS and Clearing Limited. The bank has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers. Notes:

1. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Thurday through Friday and from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM on Friday at its Head office located at Hattisar, Kathmandu.
2. Original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive bonus share certificate.
3. Those shareholders who have open Demat account before the AGM date will get their bonus share directly to their respective Demat account after bonus shares get listed on Nepse.
4. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the dividend themselves.
