Nepal SBI Bank to Conduct 29th AGM on Poush 25; What are the Agendas?

As per the decision of the 492nd meeting of the Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI), the board of directors of the bank has decided to conduct the 29th annual general meeting to discuss the following proposal on the following date, place, and time.

Date of meeting: Poush 25, 2079 (Monday)

Venue: Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali Kathmandu

Time: 11 a.m

Topics of Discussion:

• To discuss and approve the report of the Board of Directors for 2078/79.
• As proposed by the Board of Directors, the shareholders will receive a 7.53 percent cash dividend on paid-up capital (including the tax on cash dividends).
• As proposed by the board of directors of the bank, the shareholders will receive a 3.00 percent bonus dividend on the paid-up capital.
• Among others.

Likewise, the book closure date for the 10.53% dividend is 13 Poush 2079. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
