Nepal SBI Bank proposes 15.42% bonus shares; paid up to reach Rs 8.05 arba

Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has proposed dividends to its shareholders. As per the press release published by the bank, the board meeting of the bank held on Kartik 10, 2074 has proposed 15.42% bonus shares and 0.81% cash dividends from the net profit of the FY 2073/74. The decision is subjected to the approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM. It had distributed 28% bonus share and 1.53% cash dividend from the net profit of FY 2072/73. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 6.97 arba. After 15.42% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 8.05 arba. It has earned Rs 1.53 arba in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 810 as of last trading day.
