Nepal SBI bank distributing cash dividend from today; Urges shareholders to dematerialize shares and update demat account

Nepal SBI Bank (SBI)'s 26th Annual general meeting had resolved to approve the distribution of 16.84% Dividend to its shareholders. The bank is distributing 6% Bonus Shares and 10.84% cash dividend.

Regarding the same, the bank has published a notice informing both the bonus and cash dividend will be distributed digitally to Demat account and bank account respectively. Therefore, the shareholders are urged to dematerialize their shares if they haven't yet and to update the bank information in Demat account too.

The bonus shares will be distributed to Demat accounts after being listed in the NEPSE. Likewise, the cash dividend is being distributed from Poush 01, 2076 to respective bank accounts of the shareholders.
