Nepal Reinsurance Company completes 4 glorious years as only reinsurance company of nation; general people watch out for Rs 1.60 arba worth IPO shares

Nepal Reinsurance Company has celebrated its 5th anniversary last Tuesday. The anniversary event was attended by the Finance Minister Hon. Dr. Yuvraj Khatiwada, chairman of Insurance Board Mr. Chiranjibi Chapagai, chairman of the company Mr. Mahesh Kumar Guragai, CEO of the company Mr. Chirayu Bhandari, who all highlighted the significance of the only reinsurance company for the insurance sector of the nation and for the overall national economy.
In the same event, the best employees of the company Ms. Binita Khanal and Ms. Anita Gautam received cash prize for their exemplary work performances.
The current paid up value of the company stands at Rs 8.40 arba out of which the majority of the stake belong to the government. It is also mulling to float shares worth of Rs 1.60 arba to general people following which the paid up value will hit the Rs 10 arba mark.
