Nepal Re-insurance Company convening 3rd AGM on Chaitra 30

Nepal Re-insurance Company Limited will be conducting its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Chaitra 30, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Himalaya, Pulchowk, Lalitpur at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To provide authority to the directors for making foreign investments as well as establishing office abroad.
- To appoint independent director of the company.
- To approve the corporate social responsibility expenses of the company.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- To increase the meeting allowance of the Board of Directors.
