Nepal Rastra Bank unveils complaint desk for customers of microfinance institutions

Nepal Rastra Bank has established a complaint desk at Microfinance Supervision Department so as to hear complaints regarding microfinance institutions.

The bank has launched a free helpline 18105000022 to register the complaints which can also be registered via the official webpage of the bank, as per the media statement.
