Nepal Rastra Bank Publishes Daily Forex Rates: USD Set at Rs. 137.75, Euro at Rs. 156.81

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has released the official foreign exchange rates for today, setting the buying rate for one US dollar at Rs. 137.15 and the selling rate at Rs. 137.75.
According to the central bank, the euro is being exchanged at Rs. 156.12 for buying and Rs. 156.81 for selling, while the pound sterling is trading at Rs. 185.41 and Rs. 186.22, respectively. Similarly, the Swiss franc stands at Rs. 166.54 for buying and Rs. 167.26 for selling.
Among other major currencies, the Australian dollar is valued at Rs. 88.83 for buying and Rs. 89.21 for selling. The Canadian dollar is listed at Rs. 100.03 (buying) and Rs. 100.46 (selling), while the Singapore dollar is being exchanged at Rs. 106.35 and Rs. 106.82, respectively. The rate for 10 Japanese yen is set at Rs. 9.51 for buying and Rs. 9.55 for selling, whereas the Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs. 19.08 and sold at Rs. 19.16.
In terms of Middle Eastern currencies, the Saudi riyal is priced at Rs. 36.57 (buying) and Rs. 36.73 (selling), and the Qatari riyal is listed at Rs. 36.62 and Rs. 36.73, respectively. The UAE dirham is being traded at Rs. 37.34 for buying and Rs. 37.50 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit stands at Rs. 32.29 and Rs. 32.43, while the Thai baht is set at Rs. 4.19 for buying and Rs. 4.21 for selling.
Among other currencies, 100 South Korean won is being traded at Rs. 10.04 for buying and Rs. 10.09 for selling. The Swedish krona is valued at Rs. 14.27 and Rs. 14.33, while the Danish krone is listed at Rs. 20.93 (buying) and Rs. 21.03 (selling). The Hong Kong dollar is set at Rs. 17.48 and Rs. 17.55, respectively.
For Gulf currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar has the highest exchange rate, with a buying value of Rs. 447.48 and a selling value of Rs. 449.44. The Bahraini dinar is set at Rs. 363.79 for buying and Rs. 365.38 for selling, while the Omani rial is being exchanged at Rs. 356.26 and Rs. 357.82, respectively.
As for the Indian currency, 100 Indian rupees have been fixed at Rs. 160 for buying and Rs. 160.15 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has stated that these rates are subject to change and may be revised as necessary. It has also clarified that commercial banks may offer slightly different rates based on their own assessments. The central bank has recommended the public to consult its official website for the most current exchange rate updates.
