Nepal Oil Corporation to conduct 37th AGM; to endorse financial highlights for the FY 2074/75

Nepal Oil Corporation Ltd (NOCL) is going to conduct its 37^th Annual General Meeting on Chaitra 21, 2075. The AGM will be conducted at the central office of Nepal Oil Corporation, babarmahal, Kathmandu at 3 PM.

Main Agenda of the meeting are:

• To discuss on the audited financial statements of the F/Y 2074/75.

• To endorse financial highlights of 2074/75 FY. And to appoint auditor for 2075/76 FY.
• Amongst the shareholders and promoters of the corporation each individual will be selected for signing on the books of 37^th AGM.
