Nepal Lube Oil to convene AGM on Poush 23; Book closure for 30% cash dividend on Poush 10

Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) will be convening its 28th AGM on Poush 23, 2076 at Yak Palace, Pulchowk from 11:30 AM onwards.
The 346th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 29, 2076 has decided the following agendas for the meeting:
1. Approval of Annual Report and All financial Statement (Balance sheet, P & L, Cash flow & it's Schedule)
3. Approval of Cash Dividend of 30% proposed by the board
4. Appointment of Tax auditor for Fiscal year 2076/077
The book closure date is on Poush 10, 2076. Therefore shareholders maintained on Poush 09, 2076 will be eligible to participate in the AGM and claim dividend.
