Nepal Life Insurance endorses 25% bonus and 23.5% cash dividend for its shareholders; Paid-up capital to reach Rs 5.5 arba

Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC)’s 282nd Board Meeting has endorsed 25% bonus (1,09,92,321.62 units) and 23.5% cash dividend worth Rs 1.03 arba.
The company has informed about the implementation of above mentioned offers only after the approval of the financial description of the company’s FY 2074/75 from the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
The current paid-up capital of NLIC is Rs 4.40 arba and after the bonus adjustment, the new capital will be Rs 5.5 arba.
