Nepal Investment Mega Unveils Book Closure Date And Call 39th AGM

Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMB) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 39th AGM on 30th Poush, 2082. The meeting will be held at Alice Receptions, Gairidhara, Kathmandu, starting from 11:00 AM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements for 2081/82.
3) To approve the consolidated financial statement of "NIMB Ace Capital and NIMB Stock Market", including the financial statement of 2081/082.
4) Appointment of the auditor and determination of their remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
5) Miscellaneous.
The company is not distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2081/82.
The book closure for the AGM is on 18th Poush, 2082. Therefore, the shareholders who maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
