Nepal Investment Bank Proposes 11% Dividend Worth Rs 2.01 Arba for FY 2078/79

Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) has proposed a 11% dividend worth Rs. 2.01 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The 577th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 29, 2079 decided to distribute 11% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 18.30 Arba. 4% bonus shares worth Rs. 73.23 crores and 7% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 1.28 Arba have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
The company is in merger process with Mega Bank Nepal Limited, due to which their transaction is halted in the secondary market since 10th June, 2022.
