Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has declared divided of the F.Y. 2078/79 in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors meeting held on Friday, and following approval by the Insurance Committee and the consent of the company's annual general meeting.
The company has chosen to distribute 8% in bonus dividends and 0.4211% in cash dividends (for tax purposes) out of the existing paid-up capital of Rs 1.37 Arba.
