Nepal Infrastructure Bank's AGM to discuss issuance of 8 crore units IPO shares

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has announced its second AGM on 3rd Mangsir, 2077, i.e. November 18.
Because of the risks of the ongoing pandemic, the AGM will be streamed online and investors will be provided a conference link with an access ID and password. Nonetheless, it will be hosted live from the office of the company registrar, Baneshwor. The AGM will commence at 4 pm.
As is the norm with an Annual General Meeting, the usual agenda is the discussion on the annual report for fiscal year 2076/77, cash flow and PNL, auditor appointment, etc. More importantly, the AGM will discuss the issuance of IPO for 40% of its issued capital. This amounts to 8 crore shares in the IPO worth 8 Arba.
Nepal Infrastructure Bank has earned Rs 84.71 crore in profit till Q4 of FY 2076/77.
