Nepal Infrastructure Bank, Nepal SBI Bank and National Microfinance convening AGM today; Find out the agendas

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) will be convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 29, 2076 at Radisson Hotel, Lazimpat, Kathmandu from 4 PM onwards.

The company's Board Meeting held on Kartik 25, 2076 has decided on the following agendas:

  • Approval of the Annual Report for years 2074/75 and 2075/76 to be presented by the Board.
  • Approval of financial statements for the years 2074/75 and 2075/76.
  • Appointment of auditors and determination of their remuneration.
  • Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 8 crore units worth Rs 8 arba, which is 40% of the company's issued capital.
  • Increasing the bank's paid-up capital from Rs 12 arba to Rs 20 arba.

Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) will be convening its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 29, 2076 at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.

The 441st Board Meeting of the bank held on Ashwin 12, 2076 has decided on following agendas:

  • Approval of 16.84% dividend for its shareholders.
  • Approval of the Annual report for the year 2075/76.
  • Approval of financial statements for the year 2075/76.
  • Approval of Independent Director appointed by the BOD meeting held on Shrawan 24, 2076.
  • Appointment of the auditor and determination of remuneration.

National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (NMFBS) will be convening its sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 29, 2076 at Creek Resort, Dhadingbesi, Dhading from 11 AM onwards.

The 93rd Board Meeting of the company held on Mangsir 06, 2076 has decided on the following agendas for the AGM:

  • Approval of the annual report for FY 2075/76 along with audited financial statements for the year.
  • Appointment of auditor for FY 2076/77 and determination of remuneration.
  • Approval of 5% cash dividend worth Rs 75.44 lakh including tax amount.
  • Endorsing 75% bonus shares from the profit of FY 2075/76.
  • After bonus share adjustment, endorsing 2:1 or 50% right shares.
