Nepal Infrastructure Bank appoints Global IME Capital as its share registrar; bank just concludes the biggest ever IPO in Nepalese history

Nepal Infrastructure Bank has appointed Global IME Capital as its share registrar. The bank had recently issued its 8 crore unit ordinary shares in IPO to the general investors.
The understanding for the same was signed between DY MD of the bank Mr. Binay Nath Neupane and CEO of Global IME Capital Mr. Paras Mani Dhakal, as per the media statement.
