Nepal Hydro Developer Limited (NHDL) is holding Special General Meeting (SGM) today (Magh 4, 2074). The SGM is being held at Maeshwori Sadan, Naxal, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the SGM are to reduce the number of Board of Directors (BOD) and amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
