Nepal Hydro Developer SGM on Magh 4; reducing number of BOD

Nepal Hydro Developer Limited (NHDL) will be holding Special General Meeting (SGM) on Magh 4. The AGM is going to be held at Maeshwori Sadan, Naxal, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the SGM are to reduce the number of Board of Directors (BOD) and amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
