Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank amended name to Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited (NGBBL) has amended name of the company.
As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, the decision of 3rd AGM of the company conducted on Poush 28, 2074 to change the name to “Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited” has been approved by the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) on Chaitra 28, 2074. All the assets and liabilities in the name of Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited will now be responsibilities of Grameen Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited.
