Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank 1st AGM on Asadh 10; No dividend this time

Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank Limited (NGBBL) will be convening its 1st AGM (Annual General Meeting) on Asadh 10, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Rupandehi Vyapar Sangh Conference Hall, Butwal 6, Rupandehi at 11:30 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are listed below:

• To merge the existing groups of sub promoters group into a single promoter group as directed by Nepal Rastra Bank and to proportionate number of BODs in the promoters group
• Authorize BOD to amend article of association and memorandum of understanding as per directed by Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other agendas of the AGM are the financial highlights of FY 2070/71 and FY 2071/72, appointment of external auditor and election of 4BOD members from Promoter group and 2 BOD member from public shareholders group. The register of their shareholders shall remain closed from Jestha 14, 2073 to till Jestha 29, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM Nepal Grameen Bikas Bank has earned net profit of Rs 11.90 crore in second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
