Nepal Finance Limited reannounces AGM Due from Fiscal Year 2068/69; 8 Years Financials to Be Approved

Nepal Finance Limited has announced its 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th & 27th AGM to be held on 10th Ashwin, 2077.

The AGM will be held at the company's office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Nepal Finance Limited had announced its 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th & 27th AGM to be held on 11th Bhadra, 2077. But the AGM was postponed because of the lockdown imposed in Kathmandu. Furthermore, the government had not allowed gatherings and seminars at that time.

The profit-loss statement, cash flow, etc. from the fiscal year 2068/69 to the fiscal year 2075/76 will be discussed upon and approved.

Since the company's authorized capital is 1 Arba, the company is mulling to issuing the right shares in the ratio 1:1.75 to increase the paid-up capital from the current Rs. 30,55,51,125 to Rs. 84,02,65,594. The AGM will pass the proposal on the matter.

The AGM will also present the proposal to change the company name and logo, among other proposals.
