Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) Calls AGM With These Agendas

Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has called its 29th AGM on 3rd Baisakh, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Kantipath, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of 4 board members from promoters and one from public shareholders.
5) Misc.

Chaitra 17 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.

Nepal Finance Limited recently received the regulatory board SEBON's approval to issue the right shares. The company will now issue 70% right shares out of its paid-up value of Rs 49.34 crores. This equates to 34,54,474.2750 shares. The issue will scale up the company's paid-up value to Rs 83.89 crore. Prabhu Capital has been appointed the issue manager. The application was submitted to SEBON on Karik 01. SEBON approved the issue on Chaitra 08.

As of writing, NFS has an LTP of Rs. 664.
