Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) 70% Right Shares Issue Opens from Jestha 06

Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) is issuing 34,54,474.275 units right shares in the ratio 1: 0.70 to its shareholders from 6th Jestha, 2079
The issue will open from 6th Jestha and conclude on 26th Jestha, 2079. The company had submitted its proposal in SEBON on Kartik 01, 2078. SEBON had then approved the issue on Chaitra 08. The book closure for the issue of the right shares was announced on 21st Baisakh, 2079.Thus, only those shareholders who owned the company's shares already before the date are entitled to apply for the right shares.
The 29th AGM held on 3rd Baisakh decided that the finance company will issue a total of 34,54,474.2750 shares to eligible shareholder. After the upcoming issue of the 1: 0.70 right shares, the paid-up capital of NFS will increase to Rs. Rs 83.89 crore.
