Nepal Finance Limited Calls AGM; Company Amends Rights Offering Ratio

Nepal Finance Limited has called its 28th AGM on 26th Bhadra, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report prepared by the board of directors.
2) Endorsement of the report prepared by the auditor.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
4) The previous AGM had endorsed the 1: 1.075 rights offering. However, the paid-up capital has scaled to Rs. 49,34,96,400 after the acquisition of Lalitpur Finance. Thus, the rights offering ratio has been amended to 1: 0.70. This will scale the paid-up capital to Rs. 83,89,43,880.
5) Misc.
Books will be closed on Bhadra 15. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
