Nepal Finance Company appoints two new BODs; once troublesome company walking gradually into normalcy

Nepal Finance Company has appointed Ms. Rojina Shrestha, representative of Panash Investment as its new BoD from the public shareholder group from its 325^th board meeting held on Asad 16, 2077.

The finance company has also appointed Mr. Aanand Krishna Tamrakar as its BoD from the independent shareholder group from the same board meeting, as per the media statement.

The finance company went through the stage of financial crises for the last five years and came online only since Mangsir 25, 2076. It currently has 2 branches under its network.
