9th AGM of Nepal Telecom to endorse 51% cash dividend; Only 5 trading days left to claim it; AGM on 30th Fagun

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) is convening its 9^th AGM on Falgun 30, 2073 at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club, Tudhikhel, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM is to endorse 51% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profits it earned in FY 2072/73. Other agendas include endorsement of financial statements of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set for Falgun 15, 2073. Only those shareholders owning shares one trading day ahead of the book closure date i.e. till Falgun 12, 2073 are eligible for the cash dividend and for participation in the AGM. NTC has earned Rs 7.91 arba till the end of second quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74. Its paid up capital is at Rs 15 arba. Its last traded price stood at Rs 660 as of February 16, 2017.
