Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank (NCCB) Proposes 10.2695% Bonus shares and 0.5405% Cash Dividend for FY 2076/77

Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) has proposed a 10.81% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The bank has proposed a 0.5405% cash dividend and a 10.2695% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 9,35,39,16,945. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 5,05,57,881 and bonus shares are worth Rs. 96,05,99,735. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank. As of writing, the LTP of the company is Rs. 312.
