Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank to issue debentures worth Rs.3 Arba for 10 years at 10.5%; SEBON adds issue to pipeline

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has added "10.50% NCC Debenture 2086" in its pipeline awaiting review and approval.

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCC) is bringing 30 Lakh units of debentures at Rs.1000 per unit into the market to raise funds worth Rs.3 Arba. The bank will be offering 10.50% interest per annum for a period of 10 years.

The total offered units have been divided between public and private. 12 lakh units is being offered to the general public whereas 18 Lakh units are being offered for private placement.

Nabil Investment Bank Limited is the issue manager of the debenture issuance.
